Perfect compost evening

Cooking and composting in Ahlman in Tampere!
In this practical composting workshop we will be guided to the miraculous world of soil organisms and natural nutrient cycles by Oskari Pikkarainen and Dora Tkalec. The knowhow they will share with us is based on the teachings of SoilFoodWeb School founded by soil biologist Elaine Ingham.
The workshop will be in English.
Use it all -project manager Minna Sumelius will also be joining us.
After the workshop we will cook together an Urban Dinner, Dodo’s concept for communal dinner from waste food ingredients. In this event all the waste food and other ingredients will be provided by Ahlman from their shop, kitchens and garden. The food will be vegetarian or vegan, according to the needs of the participants. Also other special diets will be noted.
