Wild&Cuisine - a Dodo (yummy) project
23 May 2021, by Eva WissenzThe aim of the Wild&Cuisine project is to revive the old Finnish and European cultural heritage and to make people love free edible wild plants in their vicinity. It teaches the use of these ubiquitous edible wild plants while increasing people’s well-being, survival skills and respect for their immediate nature.

Urban gardening at Hiedanranta Edible Park
1 May 2021, by Eva WissenzHiedanranta Edible Park hosts open and free garden events from May to October, where the park’s vegetable garden is cultivated. At the events, useful plants are sown and planted, vegetable land is managed and the crop is harvested in the autumn. In order for the crops to grow to harvest maturity, the crop is ONLY distributed at the harvest events, to those present at the time.
