Meditation for Changemakers

On this road, meditation is an amazing tool to relax and re-harmonize deeply. I haven’t followed any meditation session led by Roshnii Yuta Chou yet but she’s part of the Changemakers network (more soon) and she’s very motivated to contribute to a more sustainable lifestyle.

Viljava maa -kasvimaan kevätkunnostus ja lannoitus
1 May 2021, by Eva WissenzHiedanrannan Syötävässä puistossa järjestetään toukokuusta lokakuulle avoimia ja maksuttomia puutarhatapahtumia, joissa viljellään yhteisöllisesti puiston kasvimaata. Tilaisuuksissa kylvetään ja istutetaan hyötykasveja, hoidetaan kasvimaata ja syksyllä korjataan satoa. Jotta viljelykasvit ehtivät kasvaa sadonkorjuukypsäksi, satoa jaetaan VAIN sadonkorjuutilaisuuksissa, siellä kulloinkin mukana oleville.
