Nanso, the famous Finnish textile brand created in 1921 in Nokia, is now launching a new collection in cooperation with Pure Waste.
It’s a collection of recycled fabrics that combine responsibility and Finnish design.
It’s only 8 items to start, but it’s a start that should be encouraged... so let’s start to re-think Christmas and, why not?, offer less stuff but only recycled ones?

If you remember, last winter, on Independence Day, the Interior Minister Maria Ohisalo enters the Presidential Palace annual receptio wearing a gorgeous evening dress made from IFC’s material and designed by Anne-Mari Pahkala for Infinited Fiber.

Vegan pastries

They also sell pastries in cardboard boxes (you can bring your own box if you wish).

Harvest brunch
21 August 2020, by Eva WissenzKurpitsatalo is a community café in Tahmela area, surrounded by gorgeous community gardens.
Every year they organize a beautiful harvest party but because of the covid-19 risks, this Sunday 23d of August it’s a "harvest brunch", from 1 to 6pm.
The price for food goes between 3€ and 12€ for a full meal. Mostly vegan, gluten free options available.
